Over de functie

Als Sales Manager ben je (mede)verantwoordelijk voor de B2B en B2C events binnen de zaken van GBU. Je behandelt de aanvragen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het verwerven van nieuwe klanten, evenals het beheren van het bestaande klantenbestand. Samenwerken is voor jou geen probleem, je kunt intensief samenwerken met het creatieve en operationele team om de juiste propositie voor jouw klant te realiseren. We zijn een groeiend ambitieus bedrijf waar veel kansen liggen en zijn op zoek naar stabiliteit. Dus geen eendagsvlieg maar iemand die zich voor langere tijd bij de Supper familie aan wil sluiten.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Pro- en reactieve sales

• Proactief zoeken naar opportunities in de evenementenmarkt

• Bezichtigingen met klanten

• Begrotingen opstellen

• Offertes, contracten en werkbrieven opstellen

• Eerste contact van a tot z (voor, tijdens en na het evenement)

• Facturatie en aftersales

• Rapportage aan het management

About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be (jointly) responsible for B2B and B2C events across GBU’s venues. You will handle incoming inquiries and be responsible for acquiring new clients, as well as managing existing accounts. You have no problem working closely with the creative and operational teams to develop the right proposal for your client.

We are an ambitious, growing company with many opportunities and are looking for someone who offers stability – not a short-term player, but someone who wants to become a long-term member of the Supper family.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proactive and reactive sales

• Actively seeking opportunities in the events market

• Client site visits

• Preparing budgets

• Drafting quotations, contracts, and production briefs

• Acting as the main point of contact from start to finish (before, during, and after the event)

• Invoicing and aftersales

• Reporting to management

• Eigen netwerk in (groot) amsterdam

• Flexibele werkuren; vooral kantoor tijdens de dag, maar dit is ook in de avond of weekend mogelijk

• Beheer van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in zowel woord als schriftelijk

• Ervaring met het MICE reserveringssysteem is een pré

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proactive – your own input is key

• You have an existing network in (Greater) Amsterdam

• Flexible working hours – mainly during the day at the office, but evenings or weekends are also possible

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

• Experience with the MICE reservation system is a plus
