Jouw rol
Als VIP hostess ben jij hét gezicht voor onze VIP-gasten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elke gast zich speciaal voelt vanaf het eerste moment. Met jouw gevoel voor service, gastvrijheid en uitstraling weet je van elke avond een onvergetelijke beleving te maken. Je begeleidt onze gasten naar hun tafel, voorziet hen van de juiste informatie en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes is geregeld.

Wat ga je doen?

• Ontvangen en begeleiden van (VIP-)gasten op een warme, professionele manier

• Bieden van een persoonlijke en luxe gastbeleving

• Beheren van reserveringen en VIP-tafelindelingen in samenwerking met het team

• Signaleren van wensen en behoeften van gasten en hier proactief op inspelen

• Nauw samenwerken met de bediening, security en het entertainmentteam

• Vertegenwoordigen van het merk Supper op elegante wijze

Wie ben jij?

• Ervaring in hospitality of een vergelijkbare functie is een pre

• Je straalt zelfvertrouwen, klasse en gastvrijheid uit

• Flexibel inzetbaar, ook in de avonden en weekenden

• Sociaal, representatief en een echte teamplayer

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (andere talen zijn een plus)

Your Role
As a VIP hostess, you are the face of our brand for our VIP guests. You make sure every guest feels special from the very first moment. With your strong sense of service, hospitality, and presentation, you help create unforgettable evenings. You welcome guests, escort them to their tables, provide relevant information, and ensure a flawless VIP experience.

What will you do?

• Warmly welcome and guide (VIP) guests in a professional and personal manner

• Deliver an exclusive and luxurious guest experience

• Manage reservations and VIP table arrangements in coordination with the team

• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively

• Work closely with service staff, security, and entertainment teams

• Represent the Supper brand with elegance and confidence

Who are you?

• Experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role is a plus

• You radiate confidence, elegance, and exceptional service

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Social, well-presented, and a strong team player

• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional languages are a bonus)
